AMOG help

Hey guys. So I've decided that the best thing for me to do right now is to just become the AMOG of my own group. I really want to focus on getting the AMOG mentality. Any suggestions? Books to read, ect.

Lyrix, I'd suggest you check out the article in my sig. The part that says about the importance of internal state is what you want to read.
