I realize there isn't much you can do about genetics, however, you can do something about the way you dress, the way you act and your body composition.

Tall, dark and handsome is ideal, having a cut - muscular frame can be accomplished by almost anyone. You just need to put in a little work, heck it isn't even that hard once you get rolling.

Pick up a gym pass and start hitting the gym 3 days a week. You won't regret it.

The overall confidence you will gain will translate into every aspect of your life, especially confidence with women.

What are you waiting for?

Way ahead of you my friend .

There is something about when you look good you feel good. I dont know how to explain this but it grows onto your game. So if your feeling bad, your game that day would most likely not be on point.

SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Grab the weights or start running haha.

Going to the gym sure helped me gain confidence - more so mentally than physically (infact, I don't believe that there has been any improvement physically, but as long as I don't look as large as a person from Texas - I won't start worrying).

Personally, I found that it made me feel like I was putting in effort to make myself look better - and made my body feel a lot healthier. I think just as long as a girl knows you go to the gym, she will notice that you take care of, and have self respect for yourself - and this will make you attractive. Girls will always gaze at guys with muscular bodies, but don't let this make you feel inadequate - I think it's more important to work on your confidence than body- because you can make girls attracted to you even if you don't have a great body - but if you have a great body, not as many girls will be attracted to you if you don't have great confidence

Being bigger and having more confidence is great. Most of the time it's extremely helpful in a variety of situations, ie picking up girls. But be careful, get too cocky and you're gunna get blown out - its happened a few times

Agreed,
taking more gym excercise for strong mind too,
not only for the body.
In our office, most OL seem like these big mac (men) nowadays .LOL
