Default My suggestions to have a healthly body

Hello, I think that there are four things to have a healthly body: Nutrition, physical exercise, mental exercise and resting.

About nutrition, the best thing to do is to have a diet. To know about it, it is good to ask a professional.

About exercise (both of them), they are complementary about each. Physical will mantain a good form of body, but mental is necessary too. Also, what I think about them, is that physical exercise rests you from the mental one, and viceversa.

About resting, it is necessary to sleep enough time, but also not to sleep a lot of. That will maintain the natural clock of the body.

Agreed, all go hand in hand.
