Well lets start off with the obvious, the TWO MOST VITAL things us humans need is REST and WATER. There is a reason why our body needs these two things.
But i want to go deeper into why we need these two things. The reason why sleep is vital is because it helpes rejuvenate and maintain body juices level in the correct set to make sure your body is functioning correctly. That is why some people get all moody when they dont get enough sleep. Also alot of sleep means more energy which means your game would be on point. It is good to get 7.5-8 hours of sleep. Anymore or anyless is actually not good for you. Even if you missed some hours the night before. You should only take 30 minute naps a day if necessary.Water is self-explanatory. However i want to let you guys in on a little story. I myself have gave up drinking soda and i only drink soda now every once a month or so. But i notice after the first week of drinking only water, i started to feel much better about myself. I notice i was less negative, and that i wasnt as tired eventhough the following night i had 8 hours of sleep. Water also helps with your sperm, and making sure it isnt dis-colored and all chunky. It also helps clean out your system and great when dehydrated after a long night of sex hehe.And just another little thing, stay away from fast foods!!. Exercise 2-3 times a week. Well i hope this thread help you guys out, feel free to add anything in relation to what i posted. (P.S. its great to see this SITE back and up AGAIN, came back from the original forum, and the original before that as well) |
